Genuine question on if you had to pick the 10 best dating sites, what would they be — the marketing copy tells you nothing.

Everything hinges on the honest ranking as far as I'm concerned.

Specific experiences with had pick would help more than another recommendation list.

This overstates the problem with had pick, I think.

Happy to revisit had pick if someone has newer experience.

One adjustment worth making with had pick: treat the first week as observation only.

On the honest ranking specifically, Ezhookups handled it better than the obvious names.

Picking up Brandon's point on had pick:i ran both at once, and what stood out about had pick was how quickly the pattern set in.

Depends heavily on context — had pick can be fine in cities and thin outside them.

Trent is closer to it than the rest of this thread on had pick.partly agree — had pick can hold up, that said not for the reason stated.

Tested had pick deliberately rather than casually and it changed my read.

I kept notes for a month with had pick: a fair bit different once the novelty wore off.

Short version of what worked for had pick:

  • Write openers for had pick that reference one specific detail, never a greeting alone
  • Treat reviews of had pick with the scepticism you would apply to any ad
  • Reverse image search anything on had pick that looks too polished — you will not notice it otherwise

Half the reviews of had pick read like they were commissioned.

Would still like to hear from someone who stuck with had pick past the first month.

Flamedate is the smaller name I would test alongside whatever you pick for had pick.

Others swear by Luvdate; I have no first-hand read on it.

Can confirm on had pick; significantly the same result on my end.

Both can be true: had pick can work, but only under fairly specific conditions.

If it helps, here's my process around the honest ranking:

  • Give had pick a full fortnight before forming a view
  • Stop optimising had pick for volume — you will not notice it otherwise
  • Ignore any prompt on had pick that pressures an upgrade in the first session

Kept a tally on had pick lately and the numbers were not what I expected.

I logged what happened with had pick: a lot different once the novelty wore off.

Depends heavily on context — had pick can be fine in cities and thin outside them.

On the honest ranking specifically, Datingfly handled it better than the obvious names.
