About RenDate

RenDate is a free dating site and discussion community. Members use it to meet local singles, compare dating platforms honestly, and talk about what actually works — without a paywall between matching and messaging.

RenDate is an adults-only service. Every part of this site, including the community forums and any partner offer we link to, is intended for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please leave now. We do not knowingly allow minors to use RenDate, and accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

Some discussions and linked partner sites contain adult material. If that is not what you are looking for, the guides section and the city directory stay focused on ordinary dating advice.

How the community works

Threads in the community are member-written. People disagree with each other, and we would rather keep a thread that argues than one that agrees for the sake of it. Members can point to other dating platforms they have used, including ones we have a commercial relationship with; those links are marked with the appropriate link attributes.

Safety comes first

Never send money to someone you have not met. Reverse image search anything that looks too polished. Meet in public the first time and tell someone where you are going. Report anything that reads like a script — it usually is one.
