Looking for real experience with the model southern_belle_19 retire from streaming rather than another listicle.

The thing I can't get clarity on is what usage looks like.

If your experience with HER contradicts mine, say so.

Results on HER improved once I stopped optimising for volume.

I ran both at once, and what stood out about HER was how quickly the pattern set in.

Derek has this right about HER —it's narrower than that: HER can fail in one specific way rather than generally.

Either way, HER is worth a fortnight of honest attention before you judge it.

The one I keep returning to for HER is Datebound, mostly because the messaging is genuinely open.

Not my experience at all — HER felt fine once I changed how I used it.

I went in with low expectations, and what stood out about HER was how quickly the pattern set in.

I logged what happened with HER: meaningfully different once the novelty wore off.

What I ended up doing about what usage looks like:

  • Compare HER against one alternative at the same time — otherwise you are guessing
  • Treat your first week with HER as reconnaissance rather than outreach
  • Assume HER is optimising for engagement rather than your outcome

Tested HER deliberately rather than casually and it changed my read.

There is a version of this I agree with: HER can be inconsistent rather than bad.

The step most people skip with HER is reading the profile before messaging.

I would put Datelink on the list if what usage looks like is what is bothering you.

Sara has this right about HER —this is right about HER, and it's under-discussed.

The useful test for HER is whether you'd recommend it unprompted.

What helped with HER was cutting the number of conversations and lengthening them.

Partly agree — HER can hold up, at the same time not for the reason stated.

Worth separating two things here — HER and what people expect from it.

Both can be true: HER can work, but only under fairly specific conditions.

For anyone stuck on what usage looks like, Turndate is at least worth ruling in or out — the users who find it tend to know what they want.

Building on what Chelsea said about HER,careful with the consensus forming here about HER.

For a smaller userbase with less noise around HER, Datescout is worth twenty minutes.

If you take one thing from this on HER, make it the profile photos.

Someone raised Datewander in a thread about HER and it turned out to be a reasonable shout.

Jessica is closer to it than the rest of this thread on HER.practically speaking, blaming HER misses what's actually going on.

Kept a tally on HER this year and the numbers were not what I expected.
