Curious where people actually land on there no subscription dating sites that stay in business.

My actual question is narrower: what it actually costs.

If it helps, here's my process around what it actually costs:

  • Notice whether replies on subscription business arrive in bursts — that is where most of the wasted time goes
  • Read the profile on subscription business properly before sending anything — it is the cheapest filter available
  • Write openers for subscription business that reference one specific detail, never a greeting alone

Worth adding Datelink to whatever shortlist you are building around subscription business.
